and "cases" to view the cases that will be presented at the meeting.

If the link to that meeting's cases are unavailable, please note those cases have probably not yet been provided. Cases are usually submitted and put online a couple weeks prior to each event. Thank you.

In order to receive category 1 credit, attendance must be documented by personal signature on the date of the Scientific Meeting.
